学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal The goal of this class is to introduce students to Okinawan literature and border-crossing literature, so that they can then choose a topic for their graduation thesis. メッセージ ／Message I hope you enjoy reading and learning about Okinawan literature and border-crossing literature! Let's have fun learning about Okinawa and the world through literature! 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets By the end of the semester, students should be ready to choose a work for their graduation thesis--and be ready to start doing research on that work.
学びの実践 ／Learning Practices	授業計画 ／Class Plan We will read and discuss various works of literature in Japanese, but tests and discussions will be in English (as much as possible). テキスト・参考文献・資料など ／Textbooks, references, materials, etc. 1.　『眼の奥の森』　目取真俊（著者）影書房（出版社） 2.　『いちげんさん』　デビット・ゾペティ（著者） 集英社　（出版社） 3.　『GO』金城一樹（著者） 講談社（出版社） 学びの手立て ／Way of learning We will have a short test in English at the beginning of most classes, so students should be sure to complete the readings on time. Short tests will be followed by class discussions. 評価 ／Evaluation Short tests -- 80% Discussion, class participation, presentations -- 20%
