学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal Students will develop their ability to have conversations and discussion on a variety of topics, both about themselves and about important issues in the world. メッセージ ／Message This is a great fun class, with lots and lots of talking so you'll get lots of conversation practice. 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets By the end of this course students will be able to give a detailed self-introduction as well as discuss important social issues in English.
学びの実践 ／Learning Practices	授業計画 ／Class Plan Group conversation work and then giving feedback to the teacher and class. テキスト・参考文献・資料など ／Textbooks, references, materials, etc. There is no textbook for this course - instead we will use internet resources (watching videos for homework, SNS) and recordings we create together in class. 学びの手立て ／Way of learning This course is all about talking in English, in groups and partners. So please come ready to try your best to talk in English only for all the talking activities. 評価 ／Evaluation Students will be assessed on their participation in classroom activities (20%) and their performance on a mid-term presentation (40%) and final interview exam (40%).
