学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal 本講義においては、アメリカの3大ネットワークの一つ、CBS看板ニュース報道番組の”CBS Evening New” と”CBS　This Morning” の中で取り上げられた様々なニュースをもとに講義を行う。アメリカの家庭でアメリカ人が実際に見ている生の新しいニュースを視聴することで、英語をより身近なものとして感じ、英語に対する興味を高めながら、英語を学んでいくことに焦点を当てます。 メッセージ ／Message この講義では英文の全体の構造を意識しながら英文の大意をつかむ練習をします．特に通訳技法であるサイトトランスレーションという技法を用いて英文を左から右へと読んでいく練習を重ねる事により，英文を速く読む訓練をします．同時に毎週各ユニットのモデル英文を暗誦する事により基礎的ライティング能力を養成します． 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets ①英語をを正しく聞き取ることができる。 ②英文を正しく読み取ることができる　 ③自分自身の考えていることを平易な英語で伝えることができる
