- Please make sure to prepare the textbook as the lessons will be conducted in accordance with its content.
学びの手立て
/Way of learning
- Assignments will be given in each class. You are allowed to solve them while consulting the textbook and class materials.
- It is also okay to discuss and solve them with friends (this is recommended as it tends to deepen understanding). Make sure to submit them every time.
- The deadline for submitting assignments is 23:59 on the day of the class. Submissions after this time will be considered late and will be penalized by 10%.
- You can still submit for about 5 days after the deadline, but you will not be able to submit once this period has passed. Please be careful.
- As a guideline, aim to solve about 80% of the class assignments. The rate of completion for assignments in the same subject last year was around 80% in the early classes and increased to around 90% in the latter half as students became more accustomed.
評価
/Evaluation
- Grades will be evaluated based on "Final Exam (50%)" + "Assignments (50%)". The assignment scores may vary by class, but the percentage of points earned (e.g., 40 points out of a maximum of 50 points → 80%) will be used for grade compilation, and the average from 15 classes will be directly reflected in the grade.
- The scores for the final exam tend to be somewhat lower compared to the acquisition rate of assignments. Securing good scores in regular assignments can compensate, so make sure to put effort into submitting assignments.
- Those who are absent for more than one-third of the classes will receive a failing grade.
学びの継続
/Continuing to learn
次のステージ・関連科目
/Next Stage and Related Courses
- To pass the IT Passport Exam, in addition to the content covered in this lecture, a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of fields, including general business knowledge such as financial accounting, is required.
- Therefore, it is necessary to study these areas separately. Searching the internet will bring up collections of past exam questions, so studying these in addition to the content of this class will bring you closer to passing.
