学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal Our legal order is fundamentally shaped by property rights, which grant people control over things. Therefore, understanding how people control things through property rights is crucial for studying law. Thus, in "Property Law," we will primarily study the provisions of Article 175 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code's property rights section, excluding security interests. メッセージ ／Message Let's learn about the right of people to control things. 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets Understand the basic concepts of property rights.
学びの実践 ／Learning Practices	授業計画 ／Class Plan First, we will learn about the meaning and content of ownership, usufructuary rights (surface rights, easements, perpetual lease rights, common land rights), and possession rights, which are among the 10 types of real rights stipulated in the Civil Code, excluding security rights. In particular, regarding ownership, we will learn about neighboring property relations, original acquisition of ownership, co-ownership, and real rights claims. テキスト・参考文献・資料など ／Textbooks, references, materials, etc. Supervised by Keizo Yamamoto, "Studia: Property Rights" (Yuhikaku). Other materials will be distributed via CampusSquare as needed. 学びの手立て ／Way of learning The legal provisions are important. Also, please make sure to prepare in advance for the content covered in each lecture. 評価 ／Evaluation A final exam will be administered (100% of the evaluation).
