学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal A new law on obligations came into effect in April 2020. In the general principles of obligations section, we will examine common issues related to various types of obligations by following the provisions of Articles 399 to 520 of Part 3 of the Civil Code. We will learn what kinds of legal problems arise and how they are resolved regarding the payment of money, the delivery of goods, etc. メッセージ ／Message General principles of obligations are a part of law that is familiar to students. We will consider disputes surrounding the delivery of goods and the payment of taxes. 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets Understand the basic concepts of contract law.
