学びの準備 ／Prepare to learn	ねらい ／Goal This course provides an overview of the real estate registration system, a means of publicly disclosing changes in rights surrounding real estate. You will learn how real estate registration, a procedural step, is deeply related to disputes concerning real estate, as studied in civil law. Legal Studies II covers the fundamental aspects of the real estate registration system. Specifically, you will learn how to read real estate registration records and various types of drawings. This will prepare you for the registration application process that will be covered in Legal Studies III, scheduled to begin in the first semester of next year. メッセージ ／Message Reading real estate registration documents is not difficult at all. 到達目標 ／Attainment Targets Learn how to read registration documents, which are essential for avoiding disputes regarding real estate.
