As in previous courses, this class will provide hands-on experience of working in an international business environment. It will thus be entirely in English. Please come prepared. If you miss more than one third of the classes,  you will be "fired" and fail to receive credit for the course. Authorized absences are accepted.

As in the previous year's Business English course, you should have Eiken level 2 or TOEIC 440 or higher to take this class

ねらい
/Goal
Students in this course will gain hands-on experience working with an international company. They will develop their English and business skills by taking a product from the initial idea stage through production and the creation of a marketing campaign. They will also build professional skills by preparing a resume and cover letter and practicing job interviews, while learning about the social dynamics of the workplace, including how to make a good impression and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors.

/Attainment Targets
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1.Discuss the key stages of product development in English, from idea development to marketing.
2.Use English effectively in business settings, including presenting ideas and discussing products.
3.Apply business evaluation tools such as SWOT analysis.
4.Prepare professional job application materials, including a resume and cover letter.
5.Demonstrate basic job interview skills in English.
