ねらい
/Goal
This course examines sports-related injuries, disorders, and illnesses from the perspectives of anatomy and kinesiology, and explores strategies for their prevention and management. Students will also learn training methods necessary for controlling their own bodies as athletes or students, and for providing appropriate instruction as future coaches, teachers, or parents.

/Message
This course introduces essential medical and scientific foundations for effective training. Students learn to understand the body to improve movement, prevent injuries, and consider appropriate responses and rehabilitation. Para‑sports are also covered to promote an inclusive understanding of sport.

This course introduces anatomical, kinesiological, and medical perspectives on the body in sport, covering movement, training practice, and the prevention and management of sports‑related injuries and illnesses. Para‑sports are also included to promote an inclusive understanding of sport.

授業計画
/Class Plan
1) The structure and function of the musculoskeletal system through school health examinations and experience basic medical check procedures.
2) The course covers first aid and nutrition for safe participation in sports.
3)Students explore inclusive, lifelong approaches to physical education and sport.

評価
/Evaluation
Assessment consists of reports assigned in each class (50%) and a final examination (50%). Students must achieve at least 60% in both components. In accordance with the Faculty Regulations, students who attend less than two‑thirds of the classes will not be evaluated and will receive a failing grade.
