学びの実践 ／Learning Practices	授業計画 ／Class Plan This course will sequentially examine important Supreme Court and Great Court rulings concerning damages, as presented in selections such as "100 Selected Civil Law Cases." The course will be conducted in a workshop format, with participants' reports and questions and answers to deepen understanding. テキスト・参考文献・資料など ／Textbooks, references, materials, etc. There is no textbook. Reference materials will be provided as needed. 学びの手立て ／Way of learning The wording of the articles is important. 評価 ／Evaluation A final exam will be administered (100% of the evaluation).
